Owner Alliance AI Assistant

Understand what the Assistant can—and cannot—do.

The public Assistant is designed for focused homeowner education. It combines jurisdiction context, reviewed-source retrieval, citations, deterministic notice triage, and clear coverage limits.

Open the Assistant

Focused homeowner questions

Ask about meetings, records, assessments, fines, elections, reserves, communications, and timeshare fees.

Notice and fee triage

Paste notice language or load a small text file to organize amounts, deadlines, rule references, and practical next questions.

Reviewed-source citations

Supported answers cite eligible published passages and preserve the exact source identity supplied by Intelligence.

Jurisdiction-aware scope

The Assistant requires state plus local jurisdiction or property context. Florida reviewed-source coverage is active first.

Bounded public usage

A valid email is required. Public requests are limited by hashed email and connection counters without storing the raw email in the rate-limit record.

Educational boundary

The Assistant helps owners understand available information and prepare better questions. It does not provide individualized legal advice.

What happens to your information

General questions are sent with the selected jurisdiction and community type to the bounded Assistant request. Only reviewed, published passages are eligible evidence.

The property or association label keeps the conversation visibly scoped but does not attach private property documents to the public preview.

Notice text is handled by the stateless deterministic triage endpoint. It is not placed in the Assistant follow-up request, stored as a property document, or sent to an AI provider in this public flow.

Text-file loading happens in the browser. Secure PDF and image upload require the separate encrypted document pipeline and are not represented as complete here.

Current limits

  • Florida is the first active reviewed jurisdiction. Other states can be selected only to show that coverage is not yet active.
  • A cited answer is possible only when eligible published passages support the question.
  • Public usage is intentionally bounded. Member access and property-document features use separate authorization and entitlement controls.
  • The Assistant cannot validate a deadline, rule, fine, lien, hearing, or enforcement action as legally valid.
  • Urgent deadlines, litigation, liens, safety issues, or significant financial exposure may require qualified local professional help.

Start with the context that matters.

Enter your email, state, community type, and a local jurisdiction or property label. Then ask a question or review the relevant language from a notice or fee.
